I strive to learn and gain knowledge from every opportunity that presents itself, good or bad. Through supervisory involvement, data analytics, children's counseling, customer service and many other experiences my skillset has been developed to seek only the best results. I bring to any company a strong work ethic, desire to succeed, leadership practice, listening skills and other traits that make me not only a desirable employee but an all around good person to have in the workplace.
Mission Statement
At my internship site, Texas Ski Ranch, I am responsible for overseeing day to day activities involving both employees and customers. I often am left in charge of the after-school program where I instruct counselors on what the daily activities will consist of and ensure that the children are having fun while staying safe and parents are satisfied with the experience their child is receiving. When I am not working with the after-school program I am doing administrative tasks that include advertisements for our camp programs, designing banners and posters for our summer camp marketing, going to events where I set up a booth and display information related to our camp, and other tasks related to our summer camp program. I also perform manual labor such as light plumbing, mowing and weed eating, construction, painting and much much more.
